A £25 deposit is required upon booking any appointment. This is non refundable and goes towards any future treatment.
I operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If you have to amend your appointment in any way please do so as soon as possible as bookings go very far in advance. Any clients leaving this later than 48hours prior to their appointment, or any no shows will lose their deposit and may be charged a £50 cancellation fee.
A Patch Test & Consultation is mandatory a minimum of 24hours before any semi-permanent makeup treatments.
New clients booking any brow tinting treatments will be posted a patch test kit free of charge.
Please plan your journey in advance and aim to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so we can begin promptly. Any clients arriving over 15minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment and will lose their deposit.
Health & Safety
Due to health & safety reasons only one client is permitted in the treatment room at any time. Anyone attending the appointment with you is welcome to wait in the reception area. Food is not permitted in the treatment room. Thank you for your co-operation.
